🐄 Adopt A Cow
The Adopt A Cow programme provides an opportunity for individuals to contribute towards the care, protection and welfare of cows.
When participating:
- You may select the number of cows and adoption duration available on the website.
- The contribution amount is calculated according to the options selected.
- Adoption is a Gau Seva contribution and does not transfer ownership of a cow to the participant.
- The contribution supports the Foundation’s cow-care and related welfare activities.
- The Foundation may use the contribution towards food, fodder, shelter, veterinary care, maintenance and other necessary Gau Seva activities.
Adoption details and programme arrangements may be subject to operational requirements of the Foundation.
🙏 Donations
Donations made through this website are voluntary contributions towards the charitable and welfare activities of Madhav Welfare Foundation.
By making a donation, you acknowledge that:
- The donation amount is selected by you.
- Donations are intended to support the Foundation’s activities.
- Contributions may be used where they are most needed for the Foundation’s charitable and welfare objectives.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information during the donation process.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it may not be refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of an error or unauthorized transaction.
🧾 80G Receipt
If you request an 80G receipt, you must provide accurate information required for processing the receipt.
The Foundation will issue an 80G receipt where applicable and subject to the Foundation’s eligibility and applicable laws and regulations.
Providing an 80G request does not by itself guarantee eligibility for a tax deduction.
Any tax benefit will be subject to the applicable provisions of Indian tax laws and the donor’s individual circumstances.
🤝 Volunteer Registration
Individuals may register through the website to express their interest in volunteering with Madhav Welfare Foundation.
Submitting a volunteer registration:
- Does not automatically guarantee a volunteer position or assignment.
- Does not create an employment relationship with the Foundation.
- Requires the information provided by the applicant to be accurate.
- May be reviewed by the Foundation according to its requirements and available opportunities.
The Foundation may contact registered volunteers regarding suitable activities, programmes or opportunities.

Where you provide consent to receive Gau Seva updates and service information through WhatsApp or other communication channels, you authorize the Foundation to contact you for such purposes.
You may request to stop receiving optional promotional or update communications.
Service-related communications necessary for processing your registration, donation, receipt or other requested service may still be sent where appropriate.
💳 Payments
Payments made through the website may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers.
The Foundation does not normally receive or store complete debit card, credit card, UPI or banking credentials.
Payment transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment service provider.
The Foundation is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers, banks or financial networks.
